How does the entry system work?
For every dollar spent on merchandise, you receive one entry into our giveaway. For example, if you spend $50, you’ll get 50 entries.
Do taxes and shipping count toward entries?
No, only the total value of the merchandise qualifies for entries. Taxes, shipping fees, and discounts do not contribute to your entry count.
Is there a limit on how many entries I can earn?
No, there is no limit. The more you spend, the more entries you accumulate, increasing your chances to win.
Is my giveaway entry data public and how can I track my entries?
No, your entry data is not made public. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that entry details remain secure and confidential. While every dollar you spend gives you one entry into the current giveaway, we recommend manually tracking your entries for your own records.

When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be announced within 10 days of the conclusion of current giveaway (not including unexpected delays due to unforeseen events). We will notify the winner via provided contact information and announce it on our social media platforms.
What happens if I win?
If you win, we will contact you using the contact information you provided (preferably email) during checkout. Please make sure your contact details are correct when making a purchase!
Can I transfer my entries to someone else?
No, entries are non-transferable. They are tied directly to your purchase and account.
Do my entries carry over to the next giveaway?
No, entries are valid only for the current giveaway. Once a new giveaway starts, previous entries will not be carried over.
What if I return my purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as the entries associated with that purchase cannot be tampered with.

Can I exchange an item if I accidentally ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we welcome exchanges for incorrect sizes. The item must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Simply contact our customer support at cs@drivernation.us to initiate the exchange process. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item to you. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
What happens if the item I received is defective?
If you receive a defective item, you must report it within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a replacement. Contact our customer support team at cs@drivernation.us with your order details, and we'll assist with the exchange process. Please note that after the 14-day window, we cannot accept liability for defects.
