Refund/Return Policy:


Refunds:


All sales are final. All sales are in US Dollars. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the dream car giveaway.


Exchanges:


We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping product to DriverNation. We will resend the exchanged item to you for free. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 14 days, we have no further liability.

International Returns: If you are an international customer, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties on returned items.

Note: Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to cs@drivernation.us with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include a printout of your original invoice and any correspondence with Customer Service. Specify the name of the product you would like in exchange and the desired size.
  3. Ship Your Item: Use a trackable shipping service for returns.

Include a screenshot of your confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to cs@drivernation.us.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact DriverNation Customer Support immediately.

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

 

Boxers/Socks/Underwear:

Unfortunately we do not exchange any boxer, socks or underwear products due to hygiene and safety.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping address for exchanges will be provided by a customer service representative at DriverNation upon successful approval of exchange request.
